The Rachel A. Thomas Scholarship Fund honors the Life of the late Rachel A. Thomas. The purpose of the Rachel A. Thomas Scholarship Fund is to recognize and honor an outstanding JROTC, Criminal Justice Senior, Girls Basketball Senior and Cheerleader who intends to further their education at a two-year or four-year accredited college or university.
